Hopewick is an AI AOD recovery companion for people in recovery (Hope) — built to help keep hope lit between sessions. Staff are not the main users: they issue invite codes and set expectations so Hope fits your program. No in-app ads. Bridge&Bite holds the AI key and usage caps.

- Duration: 4–6 weeks (agree start/end with us)
- Who uses Hope: primarily clients between sessions
- Seats: 5–10 active invite codes (mostly for clients; a few staff codes for try-out / walkthrough if you want)
- Staff role: issue codes, brief people, and decide whether to continue — not a clinician dashboard
- Included: company-held AI access, invite codes, fair usage caps, email support from Bridge&Bite
- Not included: clinical oversight, crisis response, or medical advice — Hope does not replace counselling

How access works: Bridge&Bite.Co holds the AI provider key. Clients redeem invite codes in the Hopewick app and talk with Hope between sessions — no personal OpenAI keys. Staff get codes to hand out (and a couple for themselves if they want to see the experience). Fair monthly usage caps apply; we can discuss higher caps if needed. Prices are round starting offers for small Australian AOD NGOs and can be adjusted for your client seat mix.
GST: All figures in Australian dollars (AUD) excluding GST. BRIDGE&BITE.CO PTY LTD is GST-registered (ABN 83 692 080 792); 10% GST is added on invoices.
